CPPDSM4017A Negotiate effectively in property transactions is able to be used by ACT Real Estate agents to meet the mandatory ACT CPD requirements, and for licensing purposes.
It is estimated that an “average learner” will take between 3 and 4 hours to complete this program. You are able to “leave” the program and come back to where you were up to – if need be. There is no requirement for it to be completed in a single “sitting”.
